Tom and I have been working together for nearly two years, during which I’ve been through several different life-changing events, both personally and professionally.

Apart from always being punctual, and exemplary in nature and demeanour, no matter the weather, he always adjusts his regime to suit my immediate situation which makes a huge difference. Every session is tailored to my needs at that time.

With Tom, I go into each training session secure in the knowledge that he’ll never let me off easy, but he will never push me beyond my limits on that particular day. Such attention to detail is not something I’ve ever come across in a personal trainer before.

Tom has a natural appetite for getting results and an infectious positivity.

Over the past three years, he’s worked with me to devise specific workouts and plans to assist me with weight loss, improving strength and fitness as well as helping to prepare for a white-collar boxing tournament as well as the London Marathon - and this is coming from me... Someone who literally did no exercise previously for just over 20 years.

Tom is a great communicator, as well as being knowledgeable and skilled in strength and conditioning and nutrition.

After years of many unused gym memberships and unable to motivate myself to get in shape, as a last-ditch attempt to get fit, I took the decision to opt for a personal trainer ...

I never thought that I’d now be that person who gets up at 5:30 a.m. at least three times a week to get in a gym workout before sitting at my desk.

Two years later, after regular one-to-one training sessions with Tom, my health and fitness levels have never been so good. Thanks to Tom’s motivation and support, which includes training plans (with homework) and diet guidance, I continue to see fantastic results!
